Meet the Team

Hi, my name is Courtney. I have been the Director of Courtney Erin since June 2004, when I took over from my old boss when I was just 21!
I started working in the Salon 6 years prior to this when I was a young, shy girl still at school and desperate to become a hairdresser so completed an NVQ Level 1 in Hairdressing. I then left school and started working in the Salon full time training in NVQ Level 2, once completed I went on to Level 3 and then finally a D32/33 Teacher/ Assessor Qualification.

I then started teaching and assessing Hairdressing in the salon which I still do today, so all my staff are trained to my high standards. As well as running the salon I am also a full time stylist & Salon Director.

I enjoy and specialise in all aspects of Hairdressing, especially Racoon Hair Extensions.

People who know me call me a workaholic but I believe if you want something in life you have to work for it and believe that I run a successful business because of this.

I love holidays but find it hard to escape the Salon as often as I’d like to. At weekends I love to go out and Party the night away and enjoy yoga, fashion and shopping.

I also love changing my hair so don’t be surprised if you don’t recognise me the next time you see me  X

Hi, my name is Anerleigh but you can call me Leigh or Aley for short as I know sometimes my name can be hard to remember!!! I was born on the 15th December 1989, and I am a Sagittarius!!!

I have been working at Courtney Erin from the age of 15 helping out as an assistant to the stylists. I decided to start full time in 2011 where I started my training and gained my NVQ Level 2 qualification. I love being creative and really enjoy styling hair, especially putting hair up; which is what got me in to hairdressing in the first place. My aims in the salon are to progress as a hairdresser and eventually complete my Level 3 and later become a tutor to the assistants and teach them the skills I have learnt.

I really enjoy spending time with my friends, and also going to the gym. However my real passion is singing!! I attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts for four years and studied Musical Theatre alongside my academic subjects. Those where the best days of my life so far!!!

My other ambitions in life include joining the Police Force!! Before starting full time at Courtney Erin I studied Police Studies with Criminal Investigation at Buckinghamshire New University where I gained a Bsc Hons degree. I hope to become a Special Constable in the near future so I can still continue with my hairdressing alongside being in the Police Force.

I am very approachable and friendly person and I love to have a good old chat!!! So I look forward to having a conversation with you in the future!!!!

Hi, my name is Chloe

Hairdressing was something that I wanted to do from a young age. I started working in a salon when I was 14 as a Saturday girl and loved every minute of it! You can see how, just by getting your hair done can make someone feel good about themselves so when I left school at 16 I knew that I wanted to be a Hairdresser. I went to college to do my NVQ level 2&3 and I was a qualified hairdresser by the time I was 17! I later went on to do a Ombre and balayage course to learn all the up-to-date techniques.

In my spare time, I love to spend it with my family and on the weekend I love going to the pub as it gives me a chance to meet up with friends and let my hair down after a long and busy week at work. I'm a very hard worker as I know you have to work for the things in life. When I was 12, I used to work at my local stables for nearly 2 years on the weekends so getting my hands dirty comes natural to me. I love shopping and my friends like to call me a shopaholic. I can be quite shy at first until you get to know me.

One thing in life that I have always loved to do is travel and see the world and all the beautiful and wonderful places out there.

I love making people feel good about themselves when they walk out of the salon. Look forward to meeting you and to be a friendly face when you come to Courtney Erin.

Hi, my name is Sarah.

Hairdressing has been my passion from a young age I started in salons as a Saturday girl then went on to do my NVQ Level 2 & 3. Now been a fully qualified Stylist for over 8 years. I used to work at Courtney Erin a few years back. Felt I needed to travel and used my hairdressing as a platform. I went to work on cruise ships which I enjoyed and made me into the hairdresser I am today.

I am now a mummy to a beautiful boy George. And I saw Courtney was advertising for a stylist and was lucky enough to come back to where I felt I belonged.

Being on the ships I specialised in colour and Hair up and still now it’s what I love to do. On the ships I trained a few of my fellow colleges and that is something I would love to do moving forward in my career at Courtney Erin as well as doing hair.

In my spare time I love spending time with my son, family and our friends and trying to be the best I can be. Im very hard working to fund my Shopping habit and also love to swim to keep fit.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of my old clients and to any new ladies and gents I can help to achieve their hair goals. x
